How Stackwise collects, uses and protects your personal information, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Last updated: 5 August 2026
BICISA (Pty) Ltd, trading as Stackwise (“Stackwise”, “we”, “us”), is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website.
When you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, business name, industry, the services you indicate an interest in, and any message you choose to submit. We do not collect special personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss a Business & Digital Assessment or a quotation, and to keep a record of our communication with you. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a request that you initiated.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Enquiries submitted through this website are processed on our own web server and delivered to our own mailboxes — they are not sent to any third-party form service. The only operator involved is our web host, xneelo, which is based in South Africa and is bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
Enquiry records are retained for three years from the date of last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Where we are required by law to retain records for longer, we do so only for as long as that obligation lasts.
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to our processing of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Exercising these rights will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you did so.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer at info@stackwise.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or via inforegulator.org.za.
This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not use it to profile you or follow you across other websites. We do use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which enquiries come from where. It sets a first-party analytics cookie and does not store full IP addresses. You can block it at any time using your browser settings or a browser extension, and the site works normally if you do. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access and unlawful processing, including HTTPS encryption across the whole site and access control on the mailboxes that receive enquiries.
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published at https://stackwise.co.za/privacy.html with the date it was last updated.
